First of just wanted to say big ups to Valid point Productions and Rez Raida, for having Just Compton Clothing join them last night at Rez’s Mixtape Release. It was just the beginning of plenty more BIG party’s to come.

Another Sponoured Event

J Com Clothing has another party people must attend.
We got my man DJ James Redi, and his company "Valid Point Productions" hosting "The Official Release Party For T.R.U.E. Compilation". Mr. Redi will be spinning on the ones and twos, shouting out J Com all night.
What will be different about this event, is that Just Compton Clothing will have our own table to sell merchandise thru out the night. We will have our new gear that has just come out for sale. It would be great if the people attending that have J Com gear already if you could sport it that night, or just sport one after you purchase one that night. It’s going to be of the chain, so it’s a must show.

Event Update

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to thanks anyone and everyone that came out to a great cause last week. It is great for Just Compton Clothing to have our first sponsored event under our belts. It was amazing night and look forward for more to come, bigger and better. We got our man DJ J.T. James sporting the gear, while getting the crowd loud on the 1's and 2's. Then, your one and only Jcom himself with DJ J.T.
DJ J.T. will be blasting us in his home town VanCity(Vancouver) and Whistler, when spinning there. It is awesome to have the word spreading across Canada.

This event is for "The StreetKids International Fund became a perfect fit for 24/8. This organization focuses on educating under privileged kids about:-entrepreneurial opportunities- mental and physical health issues associated with homelessness -techniques they can use to break the cycle and enhance their lives"
It is going to be held by 24/8 and GBC Marketing Students. There will be prizes given away including from J Com gear.

He has skills that no other DJ can touch. Mixing music of today, with music of the past with ease. His transitions are what every listen what’s from a DJ and he gives you, listener that and more. Sooooo.
Last time you checked me out I was talking about some debate, and some election coming up, well guess what I'm still on it. Reasoning behind why I am so for this voting thing, is because I don't want to see us Canadian, with our beautiful people and decent economy to turn into what the States is going through. They DEF need change and so does Canada. So let’s get those Conservatives out and someone else in. Another reason behind me telling, not asking you guys to vote is cause the more voters we have out there (who aren't voting Conservative) the higher the chance of them not winning, Period. I believe the best two candidates are those of parties that won’t win aka the NDP and Green Party. But I am not saying not to vote for them because they won’t win the election, but vote for them to get more seats and more confidence to continue showing Canada that change is closer and sooner then we all think. So all I am telling everyone to do is get out there and vote, and that is all one can do. If you don't know who to vote for, go Green, but don’t not vote, is all I suggest, because as they say, if you don't vote you have no right to argue about the politics of today.
So once again get out there and vote for the party that best represents YOU and what you want in life.

The Great Debate (Canadian Style)... Get Noticed

Tonight was the debate between the politicians of Canada. It was a great to have all the leaders of today to debate, especially the addition of the Green Party leader. The future of Canada is within the hands of these leaders, and with many issues going on today, with high gas prices, Stocks crashing, and the state of North America possibly going into a Recession and/or Depression. Who can best make a difference to stop this from happening? Well, YOU have the opportunity to vote and choose who you think can do this.
We at Just Compton what you, the people to go out and make a difference and VOTE. This may seem like a useless election, which it may be, but at the same time it might be an amazing time for change within our government. We are not telling you who to vote for ( NDP or GREEN), but we believe that the government within the last 5 years have not help those who most need help, YOU. You are the people that are going out there everyday working your ass off, doing what YOU love and what do you get, you get the satisfaction that you did an amazing job at what you do, with maybe a little cash on the side. Hope for that one day that you will blow up and make it big in the industry. But with our government now, we don’t have programs to show off our musical, dance, art skills.
WE NEED PROGRAMS!!!!!
Being at the start of our venture at Just Compton, we want to get noticed too and we want to notice those that want notice, even if they you hard to find. Well, stick your head out a little more, and get out and vote on Oct 14, and hopefully with that and time one day we will all be noticed for doing what we love, which is JUST being you.

Meet and greet N.E.R.D / Common & N.E.R.D Concert

For those who were at the Glow In the Dark Tour, with Kanye West, Rhianna, Lupe, and the infoumous N.E.R.D, know that Monday Sept. 29th, will be an amazing night. With the concert of N.E.R.D and one of the best rappers Common being held at the Koolhaus, not only now will the night be great. But I just found out the not only can you go see Common with N.E.R.D, but during the day you can now have a meet the group of the Star Trek crew. There will be a 2 hour window where everyone will be able to have a chat with the boys, starting from 4-6. It will be at the LiveStock store at 116 Spadina Ave, Unit G1.

So get there early, so you don't miss this one and a life time chance to meet with the Billionaire Boys.

The Clothing Show

This coming weekend is The Clothing Show, one of the largest exhibitions of art and of course clothing. With over 300 vendors to display amazing art work, and new designs of clothing, with clothing appealing to the uppper class, to gear for those from the street and underground scene. It will be an amazing display of gear that you always wanted.

Just Compton Clothing will have our shirts sold at a vendor/store called Club de Mode. Check it out and see what you like. If not there will be other amazing thing to check out.
