J COM CLOTHING X TALKTOELEMENT X RED CROSS: “HI-HAITI” HELPING HAND TEE

Hey J -Community!...it’s your boy Jaff. I know it’s been a while since I last hit up the blog...but being that it’s a new year, with a lot on our plate for 2010, I will definitely be keeping you up to date with more posts, including all the latest on J Com Clothing and our Team!

Having said that and on a more serious note, I write this today regarding a very important issue. The recent tragic events that have occurred in Haiti have affected so many people. It has devastated the people of Haiti and their families, friends, and loved ones worldwide. When reflecting on such an overwhelming event it brings great sadness and a heavy heart, and instinctively we wanted to help out in any way we could.

Just Compton Clothing and Talk to Element have teamed up to help raise money for the Red Cross and their Haiti relief efforts. The result: our “HI HAITI” Helping Hand T-shirt. The shirt features a handprint signifying “unity” worldwide, reaching out to lend a hand. In the centre of the palm, there is an outline of the nation of Haiti. The shirt reads the words “HI HAITI” in blue and red, the traditional colours of the Haitian flag. More than a slogan, “HI HAITI” represents our collective acknowledgement of the Haitian people. “WE SEE YOU” is our message and “HELP” and “HOPE” is on the way!

We will be selling these tees for $25 with $20 from each tee going to the Red Cross to help support those in Haiti. We ask that you help out by purchasing one if you haven’t already donated. If you have already donated and still want to contribute it is very much appreciated!
