We are Just Compton Clothing are very sadden by the recent letter Sanga Genesis wrote about Goodboy Clothing coming to a halt. We have learned a lot and will forever learn from the team at Goodboy. Every single person that worked within Goodboy are more then good people they are great people, they are the most down to earth and caring team we have ever met in this industry. They gave us the oppertunity to talk to them on nermourous occasions, and with that we became very close. We are almost speechless at this moment. But we know that Goodboy Clothing will be back, and we cannot wait. We wanted to once again thanks to the whole team at Goodboy Clothing. Thank you Sanga, Thank you Jason. Thank you Wendell. Thank you Ryan. Thank you Jonathan. Thank you Rinoy. THANK YOU GOODBOY.

Please read one of the hardest letters to write.

"Dear World,

Thank you!

It started with a couple spray cans, some tees, and a garage. Then, with big ideas (and even bigger ambition), it produced one of the greatest life experiences the goodboy team and I have ever shared. Six years filled with copious amounts of ups, downs, obstacles, opportunities, triumphs, and tribulations. However, just like the title of one of my favorite bboy tracks by Coke Escovdeo - “I wouldn’t change a thing”.

I wish I could personally thank every single person who has been involved in this journey. Thank you to the friends we’ve made along the way. Thanks to the amazingly talented individuals we have been blessed to collaborate with, as well as those who have come and worked with us.

Most importantly, thank you to every single person who has rocked goodboy and made us all really believe that life is what you make it.

All good things, however, do not last. They grow, they change, and they turn over a new leaf. And now has come the time for the team behind goodboy to each turn over their leaf to pursue new opportunities and dreams. So with that being said, it is bittersweet to say that goodboy clothing will no longer be putting out fresh clothing.

We are grateful for the love and support we have received over the years and are appreciative of everyone who has stuck by us through the ups and downs of this grind. We cannot stress how important you have all been to us.

Thank you for the lessons, the inspiration, and most of all, love.

Without love, it would have never been possible.

As for the future of goodboy clothing… we’ll just have to
see…
